5 Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, rinsed, cored and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • lots of freshly ground black pepper
  • salt to taste

I added a splash of umeboshi plum vinegar, and some Parmesan cheese on top. SO TASTY!

This is an amazing dish, though admittedly I kicked it up a bit by mixing in a couple of spoons of sour cream with some chives.
