Ingredients for 4 servings

1 (8-ounce) package Quinoa Garden Pagoda pasta (i use Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta)

2 cups chopped cooked chicken (i use rotisserie chicken)

1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (i use Mediterranean Organic)

1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

1/3 cup olive oil from sun-dried tomato jar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon chopped rosemary

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
