1 stalk maguey, washed and cut in pieces

salt, to taste

5 1/3 guajillo chili peppers, roasted, washed and soaked in hot water

1/2 bulb garlic

1/2 medium onion

1 pinch ground cumin

1 pinch ground black pepper

1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules

1 tablespoon oil
