  • a handfull of pumkin seeds
  • a handfull of sesame seeds (unhulled)
  • a handfull of cashew nuts
  • 40 schizandra berries
  • a handfull of raisins, dried apricots or dates
  • a tsp of hip powder (the vitamin C makes absorption of iron easier)
  • a tsp of nettle powder
  • water or nut milk to desired consistency
  • some agave or raw honey to sweeten up
