These are absolutely amazing! I'm making these today for the third time! I've also used the recipe but subbed lemon for the orange zest and blueberries for the chocolate chips. Equally tasty! Definitely use your hands to mix it up...it's like playing in the sand. ;-)

Ingredients for 4 servings

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 teaspoons orange zest

2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter

1 large egg yolk

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold buttermilk

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
