1 onion, peeled and sliced

olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (or a squeeze of lime juice)

2 whole chicken legs (bone-in, skin-on), about 1 1/4 pounds total
