Ingredients for 8 servings

7  slices bacon, diced

2  garlic cloves, minced

8 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup half and half

2 tbsps chives, chopped

3 tbsps smoked almonds, chopped

4 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation

1.

Dice bacon and cook in heavy skillet until almost crisp, about 7 minutes. Drain fat and add chopped garlic. Cook another 3 minutes

Beat cream cheese until smooth and half and half. Beat until well combined

3.

Stir in bacon, blue cheese and chives. Transfer to 2 cup baking dish.

4.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped almonds
