Basic Pizza Dough

150 g warm water

10 g caster sugar

25 g olive oil, plus more for kneading

100 strong g white flour

150 g all purpose flour

5 g salt

Roasted Capsicum & Chive Yoghurt

1 x pizz dough

1/2 x bell pepper

1 x lamb leg

1 handful fresh rocket/aragula

4 x garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp dried oregano flakes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp snipped chives

1/4 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt

Pumpkin, Spinach & Semi-Sundried Tomatoes

1 x Pizza Dough

1 x Butternut

1/4 medium pumpkin

1 handful semi-sundried tomatoes, excess oil squeezed out

1 handful pine nuts

6 medium bocconcini balls

1/4 cup salt tomato paste

1 tbsp dried oregano

4 x cloves garlic, crushed

Vegetarian Pizza

1/2 cup Button mushrooms

1 handful mixed rocket

1/4 x red onion, thinly slices

1/2 x capsicum

1 cup grated mozarella

3 x cloves garlic, minced

Spanish Chorizo Pizza

1 x large chorizo sausage, thinly sliced

1/4 x red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 x green capsicum

1/4 x red capscicum

1/3 cup semi sundried tomatoes
