- 50g ginger

- 80g butter

- 10cl grape seeds oil

- 2 red radishes

- 2 white mushrooms (Paris)

- 50cl vegetables stock

- 1 pack of tarragon

- 1 pack of coriander

- 1 pack of flat leaved parsley

- 200g of spinach

- 10g butter

- Salt & pepper
