1/2 lb asparagus (read *NOTE)

1/2 cup raspberries , unsweetened

10 ounces italian blend mixed greens (or similar) or romaine lettuce

2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar , to taste

1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate

1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard


white pepper , to taste
