Ingredients for 3 servings

500 g (3 cups) wheat flour

25 g fresh yeast

8 Tbsp olive oil

salt

250 ml warm water

200 g mozzarella cheese, grated

1 bunch of green onion - chopped

salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

500 g Brussel Sprouts, cleaned

1 big onion

1-2 garlic cloves

1 big carrot - grated (using the big wholes of the grater)

1/2 celery root - grated (using the big wholes of the grater)

1 red pepper

1/3 cup frozen corn kernels

2 cups homemade vegetable stock

1/4 cup white wine

basil -chopped , to taste

Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
