Excellent recipe. I added a few "extra" ingredients- parsley, Harissa, broccoli, Parmesan, red wine vinegar, oregano- to "jazz" it up. The beauty of this recipe is that it's a great basic recipe where you can add whatever ingredients you want to the dish to make it your own. Turned out delish!

Ingredients for 4 servings

3 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered (about 1 1/2 pints)

1 pound fusilli pasta

8 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced (about 1 1/4 cups)

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic, minced
