So yummy! I grilled the chicken instead of cooking it in the pan and made the sauce separately to put on the top. Also used shallots instead of garlic.

I did not the brandy or white wine but used apple pie flavored liqueur. Gave it a sweet taste that was delicious

This was so delicious! I used Bacardi Signature Rum instead of white wine or brandy and I couldnt find grainy mustard so I just used regular dijon mustard instead and it was fine! I made it for Mother's Day for my mother and she LOVED IT! Goes great with a salad and some veggies.

Ingredients for 8 servings

4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Butter

3 whole Garlic Cloves, Minced

1 cup Brandy (or White Wine If Preferred)

1 Tablespoon (heaping) Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon (heaping) Grainy Mustard

1/2 cup Heavy Cream (more To Taste)

1/2 cup Chicken Broth (more To Taste)

Salt And Pepper, to taste
