Ingredients for 2 servings

2 bass fillets

1/4 cup flour

2 tbsps grapeseed oil

1/2 tsp old bay seasoning

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup tomatoes (chopped)

1 tsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation

1.

Dredge the fillets in flour and sprinkle with old bay. Pan fry in grape seed oil for 3-4 minutes per side.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 1 minute.

3.

Plate the bass and top with the chutney and enjoy :-)
