1 can of yellow corn
1 can of whole black beans
1/2 red onion
1 large tomato
1 red onion
1 bunch of cilantro
Tapatio (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Drain and rinse the the corn and black beans.
Slice avocado into small cubes.
Chop the red onion into small pieces.
Chop the red bell pepper into small pieces.
Chop the tomato into small pieces.
Finely chop cilantro.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Squeeze lime over the ingredients.
Add salt, pepper and tapatio to taste.
