Didn't make just one, made two this weekend. So delicious. So easy you might want to lie and say it was hard. It's super moist and dense. I might ease off some of the orange puree next time. I think for topping I'll make a cointreau whip cream> there's something about this cake that says "add booze." Regardless. I had for tea yesterday and breakfast this morning. This baby is a keeper!
