1 (8 ounce) can chipotle chilies , minced

1 cup sour cream

2 eggs

1 garlic clove , minced

Fish

2 tablespoons lime juice

For the chipotle cream sauce

1/2 teaspoon sugar

2 ounces canned chipotle peppers

For the batter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest

2 teaspoons salt

2 cups beer (recommended Tecate)

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons cornstarch
