1/2 c Sifted confectioners’ Sugar

1 pound cream cheese room temperature

1 c Sugar

1 pound Whole Milk Ricotta

4 x large eggs, room temperature

11/4 c mashed Kabocha Squash

1/8 Tsp ground ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and allspice-each

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 pinch Salt
