lettuce or spinach

a few handfuls of crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup yogurt (I used soy, but Greek or regular would taste best)

1 x celery rib

2 tbsp minced red onion

small handful chopped fresh cilantro

1 tbsp canola oil
