  • Tbsp garam masala
  • a pinch of ground coriander
  • 1 small onion peeled and sliced
  • 100 ml plain yoghurt
  • 400 g chicken breast preferably free range or organic diced into 2 5cm pieces
  • 100 ml double cream
  • 3 sprigs of fresh coriander leaves picked and chopped stalks reserved
  • red pepper deseeded and sliced
  • green pepper deseeded and sliced
  • 1 x 400g tin plum tomatoes
  • fresh red chilli deseeded
  • a pinch of paprika
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • a tsp of tomato puree
  • 15 g fresh ginger
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 clove of garlic peeled
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
