1 4-ounce can peeled mild green chiles, drained

1 jalapeño pepper, seeds and membranes removed, finely diced

½ cup red bell pepper, finely diced

4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 ounce (¼ cup) Romano cheese, shredded

½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp. garlic powder

Pinch of salt
