4 garlic powder
1/4 cup raw ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 quarter orange bell pepper
1/4 quarter red onion
1 lb ground beef (grass fed)
1/4 cup thyme
1/4 cup feta cheese
8 hamburger buns
1 tbsp garlic powder
Put onions, ginger, strawberries, minced garlic, peppers and soy sauce in blender and blend thoroughly
Place ground beef in bowl and pour blended ingredients in with meat. Mix thoroughly with hands.
Refrigerate (covered) for 1/2 hour.
Form patties and place on wax paper.
Sprinkle garlic powder on patties and cover top with wax paper
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Grill patties; once mostly cooked, put farmers cheese on and finish cooking burgers.
