1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

6 oz Gruy

1 cup plain bread crumbs, preferably fresh

1 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 stick (1/4 cup) plus 1 Tbsp butter or margarine

2 medium zucchini (1 pound), scrubbed, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced (4 cups)

4 cups milk
