Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup unsalted butter ( room temperature )

1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 cups plain granola ( with just nuts & oatmeal in it )

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped or craisins

1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop by rounded tsp or use a small cookie scoop - leaving bout 2 inches in between each one. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes, or until cookies are puffed and edges are lightly golden. Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
