  • 3 cups cubed peeled butternut squash (about 1 small)
  • 3/4 cup evaporated fat-free milk
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
