Ingredients for 4 servings

3 stalks green onions

1 small onion

1 cup soya sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

12 oz coke

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp honey or sugar

4 lbs pork spareribs

Preparation

1.

Put green onions , onion, ginger, garlic in the blender and make a purée

2.

Pour the purée on a big bowl and add sesame seeds , sesame oil , coke , soy sauce , sugar and stir well

3.

Put the meat in the mixture.

Marinate for a night.
