1 1/2 to 2 lb flank steak

1/2 cup Extra Virgin olive oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

3 tbsp honey

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 x cloves of Garlic, minced

1 x shallot, minced (about 2 Tablespoons)

1 tsp crushed red pepper

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced or 2 teaspoons dried

2 tsp dried mustard
