1 cup flour
2 tsps baking powder
2 tbsps sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps unsalted butter
3/4 cups blueberries
3/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Melt butter and combine with 1/2 cup of milk (not all 3/4 cup) vanilla and egg. Beat.
Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix up real good. Add the remaining milk until desired thickness of batter.
A griddle on 325 degrees works best. You could always just use frying pans. Be sure to grease surface with butter.
Slowly pour batter to make about 6-7 pancakes. The slower you pour, the thicker the pancakes can be
Add blueberries. Don't skimp, dude! We're looking for a high BPI count (blueberries per inch). You shouldn't be able to put a nickel anywhere on the pancake without hitting a blueberry.
Cook until golden brown. Flip.
Stuff your face. Blueberry explosion in your mouth!
