Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling

Steak seasoning, or, coarse salt and black pepper

4 crusty rolls, split

Toppings: romaine lettuce leaves, vine ripe tomato slices, blue cheese dressing (homemade or store-bought)
