Everybody loved these and it was very cute to serve them in an egg rack with lettuce underneath. I misread the directions and used 1 tbsp of salt instead of 1 tsp so it was really salty with the anchovy paste but adding a little dollop of spicy ketchup on top helped tame it. I think it's bc of the raw onions but it gave me really bad breath for the whole evening! Have some breath mints handy!

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, grated

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

12 eggs

1-2 teaspoons anchovy paste

1/2 small onion, grated

1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
