15 ounces light ricotta cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, plus more for topping

1 cup skim mozzarella

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 egg + 1 egg white, slightly beaten

32 ounces tomato sauce – jar, can or homemade

Optional – lean ground turkey, cooked
