1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon chopped chives

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon brunoise red peppers

Drizzle of Steen?s cane syrup

1 cup veal reduction

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Essence, recipe follows

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon black pepper

Long chives

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons minced shallots

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 tablespoons Creole mustard or other brown mustard

1 bottle of Dixie beer
