1 pound FOR THE MEATBALLS --- Ground Pork

1 pound Ground Veal

5 slices White Bread, crusts cut off

1/2 cup Milk

1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 cup Ricotta Cheese

1 x large egg, lightly beaten

2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1/3 cup Flour

Olive Oil

2 cans FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE -- whole tomatoes, preferably San Marzano

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/2 x large yellow onion, chopped

4 cloves Garlic, Minced

1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

1 x medium carrot, grated

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh marjoram, chopped

1 pound FOR THE SPAGHETTI --- Spaghetti

freshly grated Parmesan

1/4 cup fresh italian parsley, chopped
