1/4 cup lemon juice

Zest of one lemon

3 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 Tbsp dry)

1 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups water + 1 cup chilled water

3 (1/4 ounce) packets of plain gelatin

1-2 cucumbers, peeled, seeds scraped out, chopped
