3 green onions

7 tablespoons olive oil, divided

2 cups Kitchen Basics® Original chicken Stock

2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Moroccan Seasoning

10 ounces (1 package) couscous

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

3/4 teaspoon salt

19 ounces (1 can) chickpeas, garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups shredded carrots, 3 to 4 large carrots

1/2 cup dates, pitted and coarsely chopped

1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
