2 cans Fiesta corn (drained)
2 cans black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 red onion-chopped
per liking cilantro
1 package dried Good Seasons mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
Prepare dressing separate
Mix together dressing and vegetables.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Serve with scoops chips.
