75.0g soft goat's cheese , crumbled

pomegranate molasses (optional - you can get it in Sainsbury's) or a squeeze of lemon juice

750.0ml strong flavoured chicken or vegetable stock , brought to a simmer

4.0 tbsp couscous

2.0 tbsp pine nuts , toasted
