1 cup chopped white onions

1 jalapeƱo, stemmed and seeded

1/4 cup tamari

1 pound yams, peeled, thickly sliced and steamed for 8 minutes

1/2 cup orange juice

2 cloves garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded, and quartered
