1 Cornish game hen, cut in half lengthwise

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme

6 fresh figs

5 prune plums, pitted and halved lengthwise

2 ounces fresh porcini or shiitake mushrooms, halved or quartered, depending upon size

2 ounces chanterelles, whole, halved or quartered, depending upon size
