1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 bone-in skinned chicken breast half (1 lb.)

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, with liquid reserved

1/4 cup minced yellow onion

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 1/3 cups (1 1/4 lbs.) prepared masa for tortillas* (not masa for tamales)

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced into rings

2 green leaf lettuce leaves

1 plum tomato

1 small firm-ripe avocado

About 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Habanero Sauce (or store-bought)
