1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas , rinsed & drained

2 large yellow onions , diced

1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce

3 cups cauliflower

2 medium carrots (chopped or grated)

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)

1 1/2 cups bulgur

1 cup cashews

2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons ground cumin
