Ingredients for 6 servings

1 green pepper

oil for frying

tsp chilli powder

1 large onion

200 g prawns

freshly ground black pepper

salt

50 g mushrooms

tbsp chopped parsley

1 small tin sweetcorn

pinch sugar

6 large tomatoes (very ripe)

2 chillis

2/3 cup long grain rice (uncooked)

1 cup of shredded leftover chicken - preferably drumstick

300 ml water

tsp paprika

2 cloves garlic

tsp tomato paste

dash lemon juice

chorizo (up to you, but about a quarter of a whole sausage is good)
