1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar

16 ounces coleslaw (I use the type with cabbage and extra carrots)

1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger

3-4 tablespoons canola oil or other vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

8 ounces mushrooms

hoisin sauce , for serving

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

10 small tortillas
