  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 Tbsps brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup DOLEĀ® raisins
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup DOLEĀ® Berries of choice
