1-1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry, instant or bread machine

Topping:

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

¾ teaspoon kosher salt

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (any combination: parsley, basil, oregano,

thyme, and/or marjoram) – loosely packed
