you can add just about any frozen berry substitute and can add yogurt and or juice instead of almond milk

Ingredients for 8 servings

bag of frozen berries

2 cups almond milk

1 banana

honey to taste

coconut to taste

Preparation

1.

in a blender set to low add almond milk and banana

2.

slowly blend in blueberries

3.

add in a tsp of honey, stop blender and taste, add more if you desire it to be sweeter

4.

add a pinch of shredded coconut to base of ice pop mold, fill mold with blueberry mixture and place into freezer until formed
