400.0g can chopped tomatoes

2.0 tsp malt vinegar

1 large onion , chopped

½ red chilli , finely chopped

small bunch coriander , chopped

1.0 tsp black mustard seeds

400.0g raw king prawns

4 garlic cloves , crushed

1.0 tbsp garam masala

1.0 tsp golden caster sugar

1.0 tsp ground cumin

1.0 tsp ground coriander

basmati rice , yogurt, mango chutney and Carrot & cumin salad, to serve

large piece ginger , crushed
