Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 Tbsp lime juice

2 Tbsp oil

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

1 teaspoon ground ginger

12 (10-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Sauce:

1 cup orange marmalade

2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp sesame seeds
