1 1/2 lbs halibut, cut into 4 portions

1 cup vegetable broth or clam juice

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 cup chopped leek

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

salt & freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons minced thyme or parsley

3/4 lb carrot , cut in 1/4 inch dice

4 celery ribs , cut in 1/4 inch dice

6 ounces arugula or spinach , washed,stemmed and coarsely chopped

1 cup chopped onion
