1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers

3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon flour

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 whole wheat bun, toasted

for topping: bacon, extra roasted red peppers and mayo - or whatever you want!
